Match Reports

Some seriously bad league performances so far this season.

Losing 6-2 to Bearsden last week was a particular low-light.

Definitely need to pick up the level if we are to avoid the wooden spoon again this year.

It looks like we have a good crop of young players coming through at Maryhill this year. All keen tolearn and are picking up the game really well.

First tournament of the season is at Jordanhill on 27th July, and we'll get to see how competitive they are,but I'm sure they'll do well, despite being oneof the youngest teams.

Kelvin dale Friendly

Great day at Kelvindale on Saturday !.
Competitive game, and hospitality was flowing. Big thanks to VP John Cowan who stood in for Jim (Hopalong) Park, and all at KBC.
Unfortunately the Friendship Cup was retained by Kelvindale. The only shining light for MBC being Sid Thoms rink, but a good start to the season, and roll on the more serious games, starting with the Killermont Trophy this Friday.
